We make direct and active investments in high-growth Spanish companies with revenues exceeding €15 million and EBITDA above €3 million.

We design flexible corporate transactions tailored to the specific situation of each company and its shareholders. We combine capital increases with share purchase and sale transactions to acquire either minority or majority stakes, with investment amounts ranging between €15 million and €25 million.

Through our equity participation in companies, we actively help to promote strategic initiatives such as:
